If you lost your progression please read the instruction then proceed to fill the form below to help us restore you the lost account

You can find your Google Play Username and ID in the in-game settings (see the image below)

If you want us to restore also your old inferno levels you have to fill the relative optional box, writing the inferno max reached level (not beaten) for each class separated by commas.

Class order is: war,ass,pal,wiz,nec,sha,ran,dru,eng,bar,pir,run,ward

Example: I’ve reached inferno level 2 with the Warrior and inferno 1 with the Paladin so i will fill the box with 2,0,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0

We can also restore your hell/void levels. As for the inferno levels you have to write with the same class order separated by commas if you have beaten hell with that class (1) or not (0).

Class order is the same: war,ass,pal,wiz,nec,sha,ran,dru,eng,bar,pir,run,ward

Example: I’ve beaten hell only with Warrior and Paladin so i will fill the box with 1,0,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0

If you purchased inapps and for some reason the game is not restoring them, please attach to the form the Google receipt from you email and we will restore those as well.
