CLASSES
Base: Every time you play a combat card, gain 1 Shield.
Upgrade: After you block an enemy attack, gain 3 Resistance until the end of your turn.
Base: Every time you play a Magic card you gain 1 Energy Point.
Upgrade: For each 10 Energy Points, activate a Sphere of Energy (max 2). At the start of your turn, you have 1 extra Mana for each Sphere of Energy activated.
Base: Every time you play a Combat card, shoot a piercing arrow that deals 2 damage to a random enemy. This damage completely ignores the enemy’s shield.
Upgrade: The Merchant can improve your bow to make it stronger, up to 4 times.
Base: Berserk While your HP is at or below 50%, you have 2 additional Strength. While your HP is at or below 25%, you always deal Double Damage.
Upgrade: Every time you play a Combat card gain 1 Strength until the end of turn and lose 5 HP. At the end of your turn recover all HP in lost this way.
Base: Dealing unblocked damage with a Combat cad will add a stack of Mark of the Assassin.
After 3 stacks, your next card will trigger Mark of the Assassin dealing 10% of enemy’s max HP.
Upgrade: You have 33% chance to dodge an attack. Dodging will trigger Mark of the Assassin on the attacker and you gain Double Damage until the end of your next turn.
Base: Every time you Exile a card gain 1 Necromancy point. Every time you remove a card deal damage equal to your Necromancy points to ALL enemies
Upgrade: You can specialize your Necromancy.
Base: Human Form: Gain 1 Leaf Point for every Strength, Resistance or Thorns point you gain. After gaining 10 Leaf points you can switch into Beast Form.
Beast Form: Replenish your Mana. All cards in your hand are replaced by other abilities. At the end of turn switch back to Human Form and reset the Leaf Points.
Upgrade: Every time you gain a Leaf Point, apply 1 Poison to ALL enemies. Every time you play a card while in Beast Form, Heal 2.
Base: Every time you play a single target card on an enemy, if this is already Aimed add 1 charge to your cannons, otherwise mark the enemy as Aimed. At the end of your turn, fire all cannons at the Aimed enemy.
Upgrade: The Merchant can sell you more cannons, up to 4 times. Each cannon gives you 20% extra chance to open the Captain’s Treasure.
Base: At the end of your turn Heal 1 for each Combat card in your hand.
Upgrade: Permanently raise your Max HP by 2 after defeating an Elite, and by 4 after defeating a Boss.
Base: Every time you use a Totem change change to its respective form. When you play a card, add 1 Fire or Thunder point based on your current totem. Switching forms will consume all points and apply: 8 damage to a random enemy for each Thunder point. 3 Burn to ALL enemies for each Fire point.
Upgrade: After switching forms you will keep half the points from the form used before.
Base: Play Combat or Magic cards to activate the gears (the sequence is random at every turn). Activate 3 of them to add an Activation Gear to your discard pile and gain 1 Mana.
Upgrade: Activating the 3 gears now will add 3 Activation Gear instead of 1.

Over on Reddit, there’s a little bit of buzz for a game called Rogue Adventure. It’s a roguelike deckbuilder game that takes a lot of its inspiration from Slay the Spire. It’s available now on Android, with no plans to release an iOS version yet.
Much like the game it draws influence from, Rogue Adventure will see you making your way through various dungeons, taking on enemies, bosses and gathering treasure. All the while you’ll be building up your deck with each victory trying to add cards to your set that create good synergies.
Players crawl their way through a dungeon teeming with enemies and treasure. Your final objective? Destroy the evil boss that’s awaiting you at the end of the tunnel.
One of the main elements in Rogue Adventure is how your deck is built. Starting out with a basic series of cards, including a couple of attacks and defense elements, it’s up to you to make your way through the dungeon.

Of late, there has been quite a buzz on Reddit over a game titled Rogue Adventure. If you haven’t heard of it yet, it’s a roguelike deck-building game that is heavily influenced by Slay the Spire. The game is currently available on Android, but the developer doesn’t have any plans of bringing it to iOS at the moment.
